Where the backend is connected, theadora_session is an HttpOnly, SameSite=Strict access cookie for the existing Audit flow, lasting up to 30 days. Theadora commercial owner/client access uses theadora_commercial, a Secure, HttpOnly, SameSite=Strict cookie lasting up to eight hours. It identifies the authorized workspace or client record, not an analytics audience. Logging out clears this commercial cookie. Private-link access is validated by the server; deleting a cookie may require reopening a valid private link.
Hosting and external fonts or images can receive connection information without setting an application tracking cookie. A configured payment provider operates its own checkout and privacy terms. No provider tracking is claimed active merely because code supports an integration. Read the privacy information for retention and data rights.
