Before work begins
Enquiry → qualification → written scope and proposal → recorded client acceptance → owner payment request → independently verified payment → complete intake → work. The Audit is €500. Strategy / Campaign (€1,500–€3,000) can be commissioned independently; Creative Direction begins at €3,000. Other bespoke engagements are quoted, with no invented public price.
The proposal is the source of truth
Each proposal records scope, exclusions, deliverables, timeline, total payable in EUR, deposit requirement, balance, payment terms, cancellation terms, revisions and intellectual-property terms. The deposit percentage is configured for that agreement, not imposed by this public page. The displayed total must include applicable tax; the owner must approve tax treatment before issuing it. Acceptance records the name supplied and timestamp; a private access link must not be forwarded.
Payments
Provider checkout is disabled until intentionally activated. When enabled, the provider handles payment details. Theadora stores only order identifiers, non-sensitive provider references, amounts and verified statuses, never card numbers, CVV or banking credentials. Payout arrangements belong in the payment provider, not this application.
A redirect or successful checkout-page visit cannot unlock work. Verification is server-side. An owner requests the deposit after acceptance; final delivery requires the agreed full amount. A verified payment records receipt, not a guaranteed date, automatic consultation or instant bespoke delivery.
Delivery and rights
Agreed drafts are reviewed before release in the private client portal. Any remaining balance is requested before final release. Large files or third-party assets, if included, are delivered through the separately agreed secure channel; the portal can hold the reviewed text or instructions. Production, licensing, third-party fees and extra revisions are excluded unless expressly included. The agreement must state permitted uses, transfers or licences and any third-party restrictions; no blanket transfer is implied.
Changes, cancellation and support
Scope changes require a new written agreement; an accepted proposal is not silently overwritten. Cancellation does not automatically move money. See refund and cancellation information. Contact contact@theadora.me with your reference; no guaranteed response time is asserted.
