Contact and submissions

The public enquiry, creator, community, event-interest and Letter forms prepare email drafts. They do not send or store submissions. Press Send in your email app to contact Theadora; if it does not open, copy your details into webmail. Preparing a draft is not confirmation of receipt. Automated email delivery is not connected. Nothing is saved automatically while you type. Please share only information you have permission to share, not credentials, confidential files or personal customer lists.

Contact, creator, partnership, intelligence, studio and community requests are kept separately and linked to contact records where appropriate. Submitting work does not grant publication rights or create a commercial agreement. Email-draft alternatives stay local until you press Send in your email app; the sending and receiving providers then handle those messages.

Audit briefs and payments

Preparing a brief does not send it. The public Audit brief page only prepares a local draft: copy or download it, then paste or attach it to an email and press Send yourself. It does not offer direct submission. Device copies remain under your control. Online payment and paid project access are not connected. Scope, total price, terms and availability must be agreed before any payment is requested. Do not forward private project correspondence.

The site does not collect card details. PayPal checkout is offered only when an approved merchant link is connected, after scope and total price are agreed. PayPal processes payment details under its own privacy terms. Bank transfer remains unavailable in the production runtime. A payment attempt is never treated as verified receipt. Order, payment verification, intake and delivery records are private and require authorized access.

Structured service enquiries and client records

The service enquiry form prepares a draft with your contact details and request. It does not create a client account or project access. An enquiry is not a booking or agreement. Please send only information you have permission to share.

Checkout is not active. Do not submit banking credentials or card details through enquiry forms. Hosting, payment processing and retention arrangements must be approved before live collection or payments open. Service terms and cookie information provide further detail.

The Letter and community interest

The free Letter form prepares an interest email, not an active subscription. Preparing the draft does not store a request. The planned paid Cultural Intelligence subscription and future Theadora Membership are separate relationships; neither delivery nor billing is active. Email delivery is not active, and pending interest is not an active subscription. A separate confirmation and a working delivery and suppression process are required before email delivery begins. A private-link withdrawal page can mark a matching record withdrawn when collection is connected; it does not send an email. Ask contact@theadora.me to withdraw interest at any time if you do not have a link. Event and membership interest is not a ticket or paid membership. No gatherings are currently scheduled.

Search and measurement

Public search runs in your browser; search text may appear in the page URL and browser or hosting history. Do not enter private information. Optional first-party measurement is off by default. If enabled below, it records page paths, labeled interactions and search result counts, never the query text, form answers, email address or a persistent visitor identifier. The preference is stored on this device. Do Not Track is respected. Minimal server-side records of successfully received requests support operations; they are not counts of unique people or revenue.

Media and hosting

Google fonts, Unsplash reference images and other external media can expose connection information such as your IP address to those providers. The hosting provider may process request logs. Reference images do not imply commissioned reporting, clients or creator relationships. RSS is a public feed and needs no signup.

Owner-approved privacy details

Not yet published. These details must be confirmed before paid engagements or live data collection open.

Retention and your choices

A final production retention schedule and hosting arrangements must be confirmed before live collection opens. No automatic expiry of submitted business records is currently promised. Access is restricted to authorized review and fulfilment. To ask what information is held, correct it or request deletion or withdrawal, email contact@theadora.me. Applicable accounting or legal obligations may require retaining transaction records; we will explain any limitation when responding.
